This official soundtrack was released as part of the collector's edition of World of Warcraft: Wrath of the Lich King. It includes three exclusive pieces of music not available elsewhere, for a total of 21 tracks and a running time of 77:56. This soundtrack offers a lush fantasy score from the popular online video game featuring live performances by the Northwest Sinfonia Orchestra on a few tracks, as well as many other ethnic instruments ranging from Duduk to Uilleann Pipes. Fans of the World of Warfcraft games will definitely enjoy have the music on CD, but this score is quite accessible to anyone else who enjoys solid fantasy music as well.

This soundtrack album and also the Burning Crusade beat motion pictures soundtracks! As incredible and magical the game is itself, this soundtrack puts me back in the game when I'm not playing it!
Sounds like perfection. Not too noisy, not boring, perfectly magical.
