5.0 out of 5 stars Thank you Mr.Kaempfert!, August 9, 2009

This is a classic from Bert Kaempfert at his Best! We like his music or we don't, so there is no room for the "washy-washy" kind of critics! This album is now extremely hard to find, as it is discontinued by the manufacturer...A collector item must have for the fans! Especially considering that Vat96, which reminds us of the glory of Glenn Miller, is a "top" swing/jazzy track and not present on other albums, to my humble knowledge...Highly recommended album!

3.0 out of 5 stars Which world?, January 4, 2005

Sermonette' is off the 'Hold Me' album i believe - and is a great number.
Vat 76 and Lover are great numbers also.

The problem is there is not much other than 3 or 4 quality numbers and then it really tapers off - like a lot of albums do i suppose. I just expect more from such a great band.
