About the Author
Stan Warren is an award winning outdoor writer and photographer who guides anglers on Pickwick Lake in his home state of Tennessee. An avid fisherman and hunter, Stan has twice won first place in the National Catfish Derby Cook-off. A skilled cook who enjoys eating catfish as well as catching them, Stan's passion goes way back. "As a boy," he recalled, "my cousins and I made camping trips to the deep woods, usually within a couple of hundred yards from one of our houses and catfish, cooked with lard in an old iron skillet over an open fire, was always on our menu."

This book had easy-to-follow recipes and a good bit of humor to go along with it. I was able to actually follow the recipes! It's perfect for anyone who loves to cook fish and a good gift for Father's Day.
