It is made by cooking a sugary syrup to hard crack stage then adding baking soda and nuts.... If you like brittle, you'll LOVE this! We use real butter, real vanilla, vanilla bean paste, honey and some special spices to create this delectable delight! It truly is unlike any other brittle product available on the market today. ***Please understand that we hand-make all products fresh to order. This is why we cannot offer free shipping promotions. This is also the reason why it may take longer for items to arrive. Most of our products have to set for at least 24 hours after being made before we can package and ship them.
