This book contains many helpful facts about staying healthy. It gives details on which vitamins should be taken and why. Also, what foods you should eat, depending on your age and lifestyle. I would recommend this book to anyone looking to improve their quality of life.

I've read a lot in this book and others like it. I tend to lean toward natural Medicine and Natural cures.
This book is chock full of good information, and has been very helpful for my father, who also believes in Natural Medicine (He's 88). I highly recommend this book for those who like a little more control of their Health and well being without breaking the bank at the Doctor's office. If you are sick see a doctor, if you want to improve your general overall health read books like this, and consult your doctor before doing anything radical. Information is still free, thank goodness. This is a great source book!
