Aside from some grammatical issues that would normally drive me insane I enjoyed this book. I loved the in depth explanations on the science behind making really good cinnamon rolls. Everything a true beginner needed to know about a yeast based roll. The descriptions of how the dough should not only look but feel throughout each step was helpful. I especially loved the advice on how to fix the issues of too much flour or too much liquid.

I have never attempted baking with yeast but I am inspired by this book to try it this weekend! Very helpful interactive TOC. Previously yeast baking intimidated me but the advice and information included in this book has me confident.

Very impressed! Even if you've made homemade cinnamon rolls before you'll find something helpful here. I never would have thought that it was possible tofreeze prepared rolls or even know how until now. I would have thought freezing would affect the gluten reaction needed for the rolls to bake successfully.

It may seem like I'm inexperienced as a cook but I'm not. I cook often I've just never tackled yeast based baking before. After reading this I'm very excited to dive in and try it. Perfect for a beginnjng baker to understand and be successfu at it!

I wouldn't say 'the best', but this book has terrific tips and tricks to making cinnamon rolls. There is a basic cinnamon bun recipe and lots of variation to the icing. There's also a nice discussion about cinnamon.
