Great CD. My husband works out to it everyday! No swearing in it either, so the kids can listen too.

This is one of the better soundtracks out there, not like most where you get the odd track you know, It has a very good mix of bands and a few new bands too me. Great CD.

I wanted to give this CD 4.5 stars but I liked this album so I gave it the benefit of the doubt. Not only does this CD make a good gift for a gym freak, it is a good CD to get someone into heavy metal/hard rock music. This Amazon Exclusive CD is worth your money.

My Boyfriend loves this cd I got it for him for his birthday. He is into heavy weightlifting and him and his friends just rock out to it. Excellent buy

Here is the tracklist for this CD. I gave it 4 stars because of the amount of songs on it. They should have put a lot more songs on this. Nice band choice though if you like heavy music.
