Amazing wine guide, very complete and detailled
I've read many books about organic products and wine, but this one is by far the most pragmatic one. The selection of wines is global. The book is also interactive, letting readers vote on the publisher's website. Amazing colors and photographs. The authors are definitely connoisseurs. The meals recommended are creative and a great fit. Highly recommend!

Misleading Title
The title of this book is very misleading. As a sommelier who administers a beverage program for a restaurant focused on sustainabilty, I was keenly interested in what I could learn from this book. What I found was a book of limited information and limited scope. Producers who are considered by many in the industry to be cornerstones in organic wine are not even mentioned...

Misleading Title,

The title of this book is very misleading. As a sommelier who administers a beverage program for a restaurant focused on sustainabilty, I was keenly interested in what I could learn from this book. What I found was a book of limited information and limited scope. Producers who are considered by many in the industry to be cornerstones in organic wine are not even mentioned here. If the reader is looking for a book listing the finest examples of organic wine production, it will have to be found elsewhere.
