Introduction to nuclear energy,
By A Customer
This review is from: Worlds within worlds: The story of nuclear energy
Dr. Asimov has taken a difficult subject and made it interesting and easy to read. Even those who aren't science students will find this book about the universe around us dramatic and entertaining. I just wish there were a way to give this book 10 stars instead of only 5.

This review is from: Worlds Within Worlds: The Story of Nuclear Energy (Paperback)
With debates about energy at the political forefront in most countries, everybody should read this book before they open their mouth so that they know what they are talking about.

Fantastic book,
This review is from: Worlds Within Worlds: The Story of Nuclear Energy (Paperback)
Excellent, crystal clear explanations of nuclear physics that can be understood and enjoyed by anyone with an interest in science. I read this book to my young sons (aged 10 and 13) for bedtime stories, and they loved it. It routinely took 30-45 minutes to read each 2-3 page section because of frequent interruptions for insightful questions and lively discussion. Highly recommended.
