This is an excellent source of information for anyone suffering from anxiety. These authors have written some other outstanding books: Happiness is a Choice for depression, Love is a Choice for codepency, Love Hunger for food addiction, and others.

That is aparently the target audience of this book. Much of the book is about using religion to make life easier (which to me is like drinking to cure alcohol addiction). For the right reader, Im sure this book is very helpful, but there have been better books written since this one was published. I read it once, took away a few things to think about, and gave it to the psychologist to pass along to someone else.
