These arrangements are typical of Mark Hayes.....wonderful arrangements that sound more difficult than they actually are. The Advanced rating, in my opinion, should be changed to moderately advanced. This is a wonderful collection of contemporary worship songs from years back (They'll Know We Are Christians by Our Love and Sweet, Sweet Spirit) and from recent years (Above All, Here I Am to Worship,etc.). You will not be disappointed with this book!

Mark Hayes is one of my favorite composer/arrangers, and this book of piano solos continues his outstanding work. Beautiful arrangements of contemporary praise music at an intermediate level.

This is categorized as Advanced Piano, but I'd put it down at least a notch, so that those who don't put their skills in that category won't shy away from this book of contemporary solo pieces. None is written in 4 sharps or more, & there are no extremely difficult "runs" to master-things you can't determine from the few glimpses provided by the "Look Inside" feature. I'd recommend this book.

For the most part, I thoroughly enjoy Mark Hayes' books. I'm an accomplished player and appreciate his fairly difficult, lush arrangements.

I love Mark Hayes arrangements and this is no exception. The music is very beautiful and there is a variety of difficulty levels.

I own nearly all of Mark Hayes piano books. They all feature beautiful arrangements. "Open My Heart to Worship" includes more contemporary gospel songs and chorus arrangements.
