In 1987 Marcos Witt founded CanZion Group, a company/ministry that has established branches in more than 7 countries, becoming one of the most important companies that produces Christian music in Latin America.

Marcos is currently the associate pastor for the Hispanic congregation of Lakewood Church in Houston, Texas, USA. He is also a composer and singer who has recorded 30 albums, 3 of which have won Latin Grammys under the category of 'Best Christian Album'. Marcos is also and author and has written 10 leadership, motivational, and autobiographic books, some of which have been translated into English, French and Portuguese.

His concerts summon great multitudes in the main arenas of Latin American countries, granting him the opportunity of communicating in each one of them, messages of life and hope through Jesus Christ. Marcos has represented the Evangelical Hispanic community in several occasions in the United States and other countries.

Due to the diversity of areas in which he has stood out, he defines himself as mainly an ambassador of Christ in each one of the places where his ministry has taken him, as well as husband and father of a beautiful family, his first ministry.

Living a life of Godly worship is not just an enjoyable feeling, but it is a command from God. We do it for obedience to Him and we are blessed for it. A Worship-Filled Life does not just show why but how we are to worship God. The author backs up the points he makes with relevant Biblical Scripture showing the way we worship is more than just a suggestion.

This book revealed to me what the Bible means when it says we are to worship God. Along the same lines as King David who stripped off his outer garment and begin to dance before God as he brought the Ark of the Covenant into the city, we are to be totally committed to our Father in Heaven. The examples in this book show how we can follow the direction of the Bible to demonstrate the desire and need to be in the presence of God.

Without giving it a second thought I would recommend this book to anyone who desires to have an intimate relationship with God. This book is for those who want to know how a person is supposed to act before the throne of God and for those that are interested in understanding the details of how to live the Christian life. A Worship-Filled Life should be read, as well as studied, so we can come before our Lord and truly see his intense and awesome love for us.

As the title suggests, this book is all about worship as a life style rather than something we do on Sundays. Witt takes you on a journey through Old Testiment worship and its relationship to us today. He also sheds light on what Jesus' death on the cross means for us in terms of living a worship filled life. You don't need a degree in theology to understand this book, but you do need a heart and mind that is ready to be challenged.

The concepts in this book challenged the core of my relationship with Jesus. So often we look at the world around us for a definition of a "normal" life...instead of going to the Word of God for our identity and life calling. Marcos Witt is inspiringly transparent as he shares God's truth about worship and Christian living. I was so impacted by the challenge in this book that I have bought copies for all my friends and family. "Worship Filled Life" takes you on a journey through Old and New Testament passages so read it with your Bible close by!
