Comedy set in pre-war England,
This review is from: The Worshipful Lucia (Make Way for Lucia, Part V) (Paperback)
Mapp and Lucia are women living in a small village in England. They and their neighbors are obsessed with the minutiae of small town life. They spy on their neighbors, cheat at cards, run for office, and try to take as much advantage of their neighbors as they can. The book is funny. If you like it and want more, it's part of a series by E. F. Benson.
