Sure there are bullies around, especially when your name in Bridgett Butt, but good friends, a great teacher, and a wonderful dog make things just fine. What happens when all of that starts to disappear? Bridgett uses humor and inner strength to stand up for herself and to learn what's really important.

This book is cute and relate-able for third graders. The title is what caught my daughters eye. The only thing I didn't care for is that the number of pages listed for this book is 80, it is below 70 pages. I ordered this book to match the number of pages for required reading for my daughter's school and found this book was now not eligible for her book list.

The description of the book said it was new. However, there were several pages that were turned down. There were also a few pages that were badly yellowed.
