Read this in one night. I couldn't put it down. One man's honest journey to overcome an addiction to pornography he'd had since exposure as a child. His family totally supported him and it took years, but with his faith and their love, he held on until he was finally rescued by The Savior himself and changed into a new person with no more addiction. Wow.
He is LDS. (mormon) His perseverence is inspiring. His battle is familiar to any disciple of Christ, and his triumph is motivating.

This is an excellent book. Brother Cramer is a great writer and I also have a tape he did on a fireside. This account has helped friends of mine with addictions other that the one he talked about. The basic repentant process can work for any addiction that a person has. The book isn't too long or too short.

A 12 step program will help addicts to control their addiction but Steven Cramer shows to eliminate an addiction. Very worthwhile reading no matter what addiction you are trying to eliminate. This book changed my life.

I loved this book! I read it when I was in high school, and I cried in many parts. I am so glad that people like Steven Cramer are willing to share their experiences with others.
