I bought this edger with high hopes........... but no such luck........ it just bogs down at the edge of the grass and fills up with gunk and mud or compacted earth. I suppose maybe if I lived in a really dry area, more dusty, then the machine might work but that is not the set of conditions I have. In any event, if your lawn is that dry, how can you have a lawn?

Nothing is broken, I guess the machine is well made, the motor is strong enough, but it just does not do the job so what is the point?
