After viewing this program with a small group, we all agreed that Jane Handly was knowledgeable, entertaining, and a very good speaker. I read on her website that she is in the Speakers Hall of Fame, and now I see why. Her story telling abilities are superb, including one at the end that is quite amazing. She has a charming southern accent, so she comes off as very real and sincerely interested in helping you wow your customers. Although a lot of the examples in her program come from retail and service industries, I think most of the ideas could be adapted to almost any customer service scenario. Overall, a very good program that was enjoyable from beginning to end.
