Not for the squeamish, that is for sure! I played this once at a party and just had to have it for myself. The challenge cards are repetitive, but how the challenges work out is really designed by the people playing the game. No challenge is alike, even though the structure may be set up the same way. In other words, some cards have the exact same instructions on them, but for each player or each turn that a challenge card is picked, the turnout is different. It would have been nice to have each one be a new and different challenge though.

Overall, I found this game to be a ton of fun, completely disgusting and worth every penny! LOL It's not like any other game and it isn't boring. I'm glad I searched for it!

Sometimes disgusting, sometimes shocking, but competely fun! I couldn't believe some of the things my husband would rather do. This game is simple and had us all laughing (and squirming) for hours!

I was a little scared to play the game at first but it each time I've played it has been more fun than the last. The discussions you have are very thought provoking and the challenges are a hoot. I owna lot of board games, I don't think any of them produce the hilarity of this one!

When they say twisted sick version I was thinking more like gross things for the kids like would you rather eat a booger or a cow pie? There is some of that, but there is also a lot of very sexual content. . . so make sure you think about that before you purchase it. All in all, though, it is still a great conversation maker.

We bought my 13 y.o. son the tamer version of this game. The questions are fantastic and fascinating, that's true. But the game play stops cold every few seconds as you refer to the directions or read paragraphs aloud (the directions tell you to do so). If I had it to do again, I'd save my money and buy the Zobmondo Would You Rather books - - the questions are the fascinating part of this, not the game, which drags.

I would definitly recommend this version of "Would You Rather". This adult version has more exciting, intimate, and desturbing questions. My friends and I love it!!! If you want the questions to be more personal, then this is the version for you.

I was surprisingly a little disappointed. I usually can handle anything, but it was so disgusting I could hardly read some without gagging. Many were the same concept, but with different gross object i.e. pus, snot, etc. We found it more fun to just read through the cards than try to play the game. All in all, if you like the grossness, its really fun, otherwise, get the original.

While some of the questions in the game do indeed live up to the name, most are innocuous and rather tame providing for no moral dilemma. In this I was disappointed. The game is fun to play, however, and a good conversation starter. I give it three stars.

Bought this game for my sister for Christmas...sort of difficult to play. The directions are ambigious. Although reading the cards are fun, the game takes a while to learn how to play.

The game itself is kinda silly but the questions are thought provoking and at times gross. Great fun for those that like thinking outside the box.
