WOW Is Right,
By A Customer
This review is from: Wow Gospel 2004 (Audio CD)
This is the best WOW Gospel compilation since the 2001 CD. I've listened to it almost every day since I purchased it. I absolutely love it and have recommended it to all of my family and friends who also like gospel music. I can't wait to see if they can outdo this one on next year's release.

Promoting Up-and-Coming Gospel Artist,
By A Customer
This review is from: Wow Gospel 2004 (Audio CD)
One of the things I love about this and all the other WOW Gospel CDs is that it introduces us to new gospel artists that we may not of heard of before, and their music turns out to be great. Just because you don't know every song or artist on the CD doesn't mean you have to take away from it's great music and playlist. This is an awesome CD and I fully recommend it!

To keep the Lord on your mind and in your heart, you must own this 2-CD set. With songs like Hezekiah's "I need you to survive", Marvin Sapp's "You Are God", Smokie's "Still I thank you" this album is just a must to have to bring you back to gospel how it should be ( and those selections were just on the 1st CD!!!! Get it now, and see what you have been missing...

This cd is anointed. I listen to "I Almost Let Go" everyday as often as I can. I listen to it while working on the computer at work,at home while ironing, cooking dinner, cleaning the house.
This song is a testimony within it's self. "You alone are God" is a great song to listen to before going into prayer.

Came across this cd while looking for a particular song by John P. Kee. Over the years the WOW Gospel series has been a bit uneven, but this is one of the better ones. There are veterans like Shirley Caesar and the Blind Boys of Alabama, current stars like Fred Hammond, Kirk Franklin, Marvin Sapp and more, plus lesser known but still talented singers like Joann Rosario (she had a hit with "More, More. More" a few years ago)and Ted & Sheri. If you don't have it, get it.

My mom had this CD back when I was in High School and we used to listen to it in her car all the time. I really missed having it when I went off to College so I bought it. It was just as great as I remembered. Inspiring songs. DEFINITE toe-tappers. It's tough to play this CD and not end up dancing at some point. Thumps up!

TOUCH OF CLASS,

I LOVE MUSIC! IT HAS A WAY OF REACHING OUT TO YOU. AND THE WORDS ALONG ARE SO INSPIRING. YOU CAN ALWAYS SHARE IT WITH OTHERS AND RELATE TO THE SONGS. THIS GIVES YOU A CHANCE TO REACH ANOTHER WHO MAY NOT BE ON THE SAME LADDLER YOU ON, AND A CLOSER WALK WITH THE LORD ALWAYS GIVES AN UNCONDITIONER TOUCH. AND WE CAN STAND FOR SOME CONDITIONER LOVE. The only reason I gave this 3 stars is because with or without this CD, gospel is wonderful. Otherwise it would be a zero.My questions are, where is Byron Cage's "Presence of the Lord"? Alot of the other artists were old timers... Shirley Caesar, The Blind Boys of Alabama, Beverly Crawford, and Lee Williams & the Spiritual QCs. And most of them aren't really my favorites. Who in WORLD are TonHx (or do they mean Tonex?), Joann Rosario, Lamar Campbell & Spirit Of Praise, Ted & Sheri, Harvey Watkins, Jr.(feat. Doug & Melvin Williams), and 7 Sons Of Soul? Truthfully, I've never heard of either of them, not even on BET's Lift Every Voice. Now I see why none of my family members have this CD. WOW! Gospel 2003 was much better. Save your bucks! |
