Excellent quality, too large for nitro pills,

Depending on what you need it for, this might be perfect or a bit too large.
I bought it to carry 4-5 nitro pills. For that, it is way too large. It could probably handle 200 nitro pills. I ended up filling the container 80% full with cotton and then putting the nitro pills in a pill capsule for another medication that I emptied out. This keeps the tiny nitro pills from getting imbedded in the cotton and also pads them from banging on the sides of the metal container. Nitro pills do not like to be jostled. For just a few nitro pills, a container about one fifth this size with some sort of soft lining would be perfect. It would also be much less bulky in my pocket. There is nothing like that on the market as far as I know. I have ordered a couple smaller fobs: the Pillbox Key Fob and the Pill Box Mini. They are both about half the size of this one. The Mini has a better ring for attaching to a keyring. The Pillbox has a little clear bottle that fits snugly inside the container. This is very helpful. This fob would be perfect as a traveling pillbox for an evening out. If you take several pills in the evening and if they should be taken with food, going out for dinner is a problem. Even if you leave several hours before the actual dinner, just load up the evening meds in this fob and take them whenever dinner is served. I used to carry a little plastic pillbox for that purpose, but this would be a better alternative.

I use this pill fob for my Ibuprofen and Zyrtec because I have allergies and frequent sinus headaches. It can hold 6 ibuprofen tablets and 6 Zyrtec tablets. I attach it to my keychain and it comes in real handy for the times I forget to pop my Zyrtec before leaving my house. I'll alway have my Ibuprofen on hand whenever my sinus headaches strike. It gives me great peace of mind that I always have my medication with me wherever I go.

I have been carrying this pill fob in my pocket for a long long time. It is still exactly the same as the day I got it. It is perfect for holding about 3 migraine pills, 7 ibuprofen, etc. I always have some pain medication on hand for the sudden headaches.
