In the event of a heart attack, the Pill Fob Pairamedic keeps two of the most crucial medications at hand: nitroglycerin and aspirin. The Pairamedic is also worth considering if you have angina, coronary artery disease, or are recovering from heart surgery. The Pill Fob Pairamedic has two separate containers, each with O-ring seal. The bottom container is specifically designed to hold a 25-tablet nitroglycerin bottle. The top container will hold 2 aspirin tablets and has a foam insert to hold the aspirin securely and prevent damage. Made from the highest quality, precision-machined stainless steel. The two O-ring seals keep both containers secure, airtight and watertight.

Cap has a tendency to become unscrewed. It's a bit large for a jeans front pocket, but not too bad. Otherwise great. Perfect fit for the glass nitroglycerin bottle.
