Seems a bit fragile, but does the job well,

I owned a Palmtop in the past and it taught me that one should never touch a touch screen with a stylus without a screen protector in between. Some tapping is okay, but once you start writing, you'll get scratches on your screen very quickly. So now that I bought a Nintendo DS, I added screen protectors to my order right away.
The material isn't really like what I had on my Palm. When putting it on the screen, I had the impression it wouldn't really stand writing/sliding over it with the stylus. After playing Brain Age for a while, it seems I was wrong, the protectors still look perfect. There are still some bubbles, but they're not really visible when the screen's turned on so I don't mind them. These certainly offer the best value for your money.

It is perfect for protection of your Nintendo DS Lite touch screen even with a lot of use. Especially for games that require alot of use of the touch screen like the Nintendogs series and the word games. I love my Nintendo DS Lite and play it often while sitting at home or traveling. I got 2 sets of the screen protectors, especially at this price, so that I would have plenty available.

These will protect your screen but beware it is very difficult to apply them without trapping air bubbles and nearly impossible to get the air bubbles out. The more expensive HORI (available in the Nintedo Stores) are thicker and, more importantly, I was able to simply apply those with no bubbles at all. Of course, if you get large dust particles between the screen and filter there is not question that you will have bubbles.
The thinner material of the WraptorSkins just tends to more easily trap air. The bubbles show up very dramatically when the power is off but when you turn it on, the screen only looks dirty (like glasses with dried water drops). One can live with the air bubbles under the WraptorSkinz but I am picky enough that I will keep these in a drawer for "emergencies " and buy the HORI version for day to day use.

I bought 2 packs of these to go with my children's DS Lites for Christmas. When I received them there was a squeegee missing from one of the packs. Luckily I had purchased 2 packs and was able to use the squeegee from the other pack. I was very nervous when I started the application process since I'd read the reviews, but I took everyone else's advice and started with very clean hands, a very clean DS, and a dust free environment. I had NO PROBLEMS at all with these. They work great! All you need is a little patience, start at one side and slowly work your way to the other to ensure a smooth adhesion. I ended up with NO BUBBLES at all. I love that these aren't actually "glue" but more like those window clings, only they stay put. Plus, there are 6 protectors (3 sets) in each pack (and if the squeegee is missing you can always use a credit card!) For the money, this is a great deal. I love them!

These proctectors are awesome. I just ordered 1 pack to try them out that I'm also considering ordering more. They truly protect your screen from scratches and are very easy to use.

The scratch protectors work great but had to replace them several times because my 9 year old would press down hard when playing games and it left marks on the protectors. When I use it I have no problems.

I bought these because I was in the market for cheaper screen protectors than the Nintendo licensed ones from HORI. The WraptorSkinz screen protectors come with 3 sets (6 total). They are different from other screen protectors I've bought. Most screen protectors use a mild adhesive with the screen protector coming sandwiched between a thin film that protects the adhesive side and a stiffer plastic film that provides structural support for application.
These WraptorSkinz do not use any adhesive. They are basically a thin piece of vinyl that self adheres to the DS screen. They are similar to reusable vinyl stickers that attach to glass and other smooth surfaces. Pros: -As mentioned, these are much cheaper than traditional adhesive screen protectors. -If you mess up applying them, they are easy to remove, clean, and reapply because of the lack of adhesive. This is especially helpful if dust or lint is caught beneath the protector. Protectors that use an adhesive are kind of a one shot deal. If you mess up, it's difficult to fix without ruining them, especially if it's a case of lint being stuck to the adhesive side. Cons: -They are softer than traditional screen protectors and the stylus does not glide across smoothly like it does on most adhesive protectors. -They also don't stay as clean/clear. Two of my sons have regular adhesive protectors on their DS and I can hardly tell they are there. One has the WraptorSkinz protector on it and it collects grime making the screen look foggy and dirty. -These trap air bubbles easier than regular protectors. I applied the traditional screen protectors bubble and lint free with one try. With the WraptorSkinz protector, no matter how many times I tried, there were always a few small bubbles under it. This is a nice cheaper alternative screen protector that serves it's purpose but personally, I'd rather pay a couple extra dollars for the HORI protectors or some other brand of traditional adhesive screen protector. Note: For anyone who is very cost conscious, you can easily make screen protectors just like these for a matter of pennies. Most fabric and craft stores will have rolls of vinyl that you can buy by the yard (if your Wal-Mart still has a fabric department, they may carry it too). You only need to buy a few inches worth and that will be enough to make dozens of these by cutting them to size with an exacto-knife. Make sure you buy the thin stuff, either 3 or 5 mil. I bought a few inches of vinyl for about 15 cents and made several screen protectors like this for a Sony Clie I used to own. Turns out I only needed one because it outlasted the Clie itself. It was almost identical in look and feel to these WraptorSkinz. Had I known these protectors were just a piece of vinyl, I would have just done that again.

The screen protectors were just as described, only I thought I was buying three and when I received them there were actually six in the package. I was pleasantly surprised and since we have 3 DS's, I could use the protectors on the top and bottom screens of all three. They fit just right and the kids cannot even tell that they are attached. Great buy!!

I bought these for my DS Lite, and thankfully they were the right size, however, the first one I opened had the front and back stickers mixed up (they're numbered 1 and 2, so it's pretty hard to do it in the wrong order) so that when I was done, the screen was sticky, and the protector wouldn't stay. I had to open two of the three packs just to get my DS covered, luckily the second pack had the stickers in the right places. So quality control may be off, but they give you extra to make sure you can cover 1 device with your 3-pack!

The stylus seems to get hung up on the scratch protector. The quality is poor and the sheets should be thicker. I would only recomend these for the top screen only.
