Editorial Reviews

Product Description
"There is a war among the Fallen. As the dread daughter of Moloch cuts a broad swath through the demon princes of Europe, the long-conquered Faery kingdom of Albion threatens to rise against its dark master. Treachery and intrigue are the order of the day, as evil battles evil and jackals lurk amidst the shadows, waiting to devour the defeated. And although the angels of the Most High God take no side in the struggles of the Fallen, they are well aware of the dangers posed for the millions of souls over whom they watch, for Moloch's fearsome spawn seeks nothing less than another fiery human holocaust. "But in places where even angels fear to tread, a mortal is not always forbidden entry..." In The Wrath of Angels, Book 3 in the War in Heaven series by Christian Fantasy author Theodore Beale (aka Vox Day), the saga begun in The War in Heaven and continued in The World in Shadow is brought to its thrilling conclusion. This book is a must-read for fans of Beale's earlier novels, and a thoughtful blend of Christian principles and heroic Fantasy in the tradition of George MacDonald, C.S. Lewis, John White, and Frank Peretti.

5.0 out of 5 stars A masterpiece of its time, May 27, 2007
This book is a brilliant social commentary hidden in a fantasy war, which now threatens the real world. The close reader will understand the real meaning behind the fiction.

The author of the book makes some prophetic commentary on the state of the world today.

Read this book as a puzzle to be put together. I started realizing what the author was doing in chapter 3. I'm not going to give it away, because what fun would it be if you don't have to explore it for yourself. C.S Lewis, take a step back for this one.

4.0 out of 5 stars A good story - didn't want to put it down., May 7, 2007
This is the third book of a trilogy, a chronology of three teens caught up in spirit war. The trilogy was written from a perspective sympathetic to Christianity, and as such, includes references to concepts and actions which the casual reader may not be able to fully appreciate. Although the books are classified as science fiction, the supernatural events catalogued in the books may have less to do with fiction than we might wish. I heartily recommend this book but suggest that the first two books in the trilogy be read first.
