4.0 out of 5 stars Great craft for pre-schooler!
My four year old son absolutely loves his Pocket Monster collection! He spent a significant time in the hospital last year, so finding crafts that could be used after the 'creative' experience were the goal. Pocket monsters have been played and played and played.

2.0 out of 5 stars Great idea: it just doesn't stick together
I bought three of these kits for my nieces. Even though the girls were 8, 11, and 13, this this project was geared perfect for them to do in the middle of a busy family holiday.

The pattern is pre-cut and pre-sewn, includes polyfill stuffing, and a velcro-closure so you can close it up after stuffing.

The 'monster's' have friendly faces, they are made of soft felt and cotton fabric, and with a little bit of creativity come alive once the pre-cut felt pieces are adhered to the body.

The drawback, the backing on the felt pieces is tough to remove. We ended up scrunching each piece, pushing the paper backing away from the edge of the felt piece to expose the sticky backing. A tiny little drawback for the loads of fun brought to my son.

The pattern is pre-cut and pre-sewn, includes polyfill stuffing, and a velcro-closure so you can close it up after stuffing.

The problem is that all of the decorations--eyes, mouths, polka dots--were attached with a poor quality double-stick adhesive and it was all but impossible for three adults to peel off the backing!! One kit we finally took out the glue to stick the parts on. The girls were good sports about it all. We're still finding felt cut-outs in our carpet, though.
