I just ordered these on deal of the day but I have a lot of experience with WrightSocks. Since they are dual layer, they really help with preventing blisters. These are my preferred running socks. I usually get the 1/4 version - they go up slightly higher on the ankle but the lower cut version is fine too. I always think they will get drawn into my shoes but they don't.

These socks ARE expensive. I get that. They are also worth it. The ones I've had last for 5+ years of rotating through 5-6 days of running per week and they are the one brand of sock that I never have problems with. Lots of "anti-blister" socks have extra padding on the pressure/rubbing points but that tends to only make it worse, at least for me.

I've also learned that when it's time to retire them, they make great cat toys! Since they are meshy, you can stuff them with cat nip and tie off (or sew up) the top. The cat can smell the catnip and there's that bonus of foot smell :)

These were beautiful out of the package, but quickly pilled within a few washings. The fluorescent color does fade over time. These wore quickly at the heel and ball of my foot, but I keep wearing them because they are much lighter and cooler than most athletic socks. What really ticks me off is that my husband's WrightSocks, bought around the same time and worn with much greater frequency than mine, still look and feel great. Why couldn't the women's socks be as durable and attractive over time? I wouldn't buy these again, but I would buy more WrightSocks for my husband. And yes, I wrote to WrightSocks as soon as I noticed the pilling, and no, they never replied to my concern.

I have worn these since 2008. Its the only sock that prevent blisters on my feet. They are thin enough that I don't have size up a shoe. I get blisters with every pair of shoes I wear unless I have these socks on. I have had my feet sized many times for running shoes so I know I wear the right size. I just have picky feet. Would recommend these for anyone who wants to be blister free without having to wear very thick socks.

These are great running socks; I've tried many kinds, but these are my favorite. I run a few times a week, usually no more than 3-4 miles at a time, so I can't speak to how they hold up on long runs. I always seem to have issues with socks bunching up around my toes, but these haven't been an issue. The material is soft, and the weight is great for me (not too thin, not too thick). The colors are very bright, but for me, that adds to the fun. They are somewhat pricey (though higher quality running socks are usually are); I was fortunate to have purchased them from a lightning deal on two occasions. To prevent pilling when washing, turn the socks inside out.

They are so comfy, with no bunching or slipping. I love these socks but the colors are too bright, even for me, who loves everything very colorful. They are just too florescent. When people see me wearing them on my walks they say: "Wow, could sure see you coming!" I bought more in white.

Generally, the socks are soft and comfortable. One of the four pairs, however, had poor elastic at the top that made that pair unwearable as the sock would not stay up. For a price of nearly six dollars per pair, one would expect better quality and more diligent quality control. If you don't mind paying about eight dollars per pair (of usable socks), then I would recommend this deal; otherwise, you would be better off continung to shop.

I've been searching for the perfect walking/running sock, and I think I may have found them. They're comfy, keep my feet dry, and I've had no blisters on long walks, even with new shoes. I'll buy more.
