This book "The Wrinkle Cleanse" is so helpful that I am ordering it for my daughter. I wish I had this book 30 years ago. This book is a keeper. Very good and very helpful. Eating right for your skin and also your health. You will love this book as much as I do. Recipes are great.

This book was surprisingly an easy read given the topic. It has changed my eating habits forever. The principles are easy to implement. I highly recommend this book to everyone!
