It's a shame this book doesn't have any reviews, because as a buyer, I depend on those. Believe me when I say, it's because the book is so good, so perfect at achieving the intent, it's almost seems unnecessary.
No matter where you are as a writer, you will be able to learn from these ideas and incorporate them into your work. I was amazed to find that I already had some of the points of the 'journey' in my writing instinctively. And that's why it's so helpful. It allows you to draw on the common elements of storytelling within us all, writers and readers. No matter how good a writer you are, structure is crucial. This book will help you find your way. After reading the book (and highlighting passages!) I find myself musing over books I've read and movies I've watched-- the good ones that struck a chord-- and finding the journey within.

When we write, it is a journey and this book deals with the many aspects we glean along the way. It is an excellent choice for those with an interest in writing and those who are already writers. Enjoy the suggestions and have an exciting trip.
