From Library Journal
We liked the earlier version of this CD-ROM (CD-ROM Review, LJ 11/15/96), but this latest edition of the standard reference source is bigger (better than 4200 listings, 1250 new to this edition so it's worth the update), works faster, and still offers searching and submission tracking features that make it advantageous to buy the disc over the paperback. The Writer's Encyclopedia is still here, and market entries include full contact information for each publisher, an editorial profile, and submission guidelines. Screens are easy to read and maneuver through, and those of you who bought the earlier version can import and update your Submission Tracker files into this new disc. Bottom Line: Once again, this is highly recommended for all libraries.
