Served its Purpose,

I purchased this book as a required text for an expository writing course and it certainly had all the information one would expect. While it was laid out well and explained concepts clearly, I would not say that the content warranted the price, but that could be said for many required reference books. Overall, I was satisfied with the quality.

I did not imagine that this book will be so usefull. I purchased it just because it was a requirement for my course, but i actually benefit a lot from it than just the initial reason i purchased it for. My first language is french and the book has a rubric for multilingual writers plus many other interesting rubrics. Awsome!

I got this book for my English1A class and it was exactly how described it was in excellent condition. The only thing is when I took it to class was not the exact addition I needed but most subject we were reviewing were in there so pay attention to every detail to make sure this is the right book for your subject. The pages were not torn the price was great for a thrifty shopper.

I was an English major, so this book was required for a class. It was a somewhat helpful book, but I thought it helped more with how to cite your sources than anything else. If you want a book to help improve your writing, you should read "Steps to Writing Well" and for help in MLA format, buy "MLA Handbook for Writers of Research Papers" by Joseph Gibaldi.
At the moment, I don't have anything else to say about the book, but if you have any questions, feel free to ask me. I can definitely post pictures of the inside of book if anyone of you would like that. I keep all my writing books.

The book was in good condition but I got it later than I thought even though I paid extra shipping to get it quicker.
