Note the name of the book... It is doesn't teach you Clipper syntax and never claimed to. In the foreword I plainly stated it shows the Clipper "programmer" how to develop applications quickly and easily. Nothing more, nothing less.

This book does not teach you anything. The author only shows his sample application, no explanation on the programming side. I found this book totally useless. If you need a book to help you learn Clipper programming, don't buy this book.
