I wish to thank the author for alerting me to the mystical and creative ways my cats approach life. They're in the here and now. It's true emotion with large doses of mathematical calculation. Patience with a purpose.
Yes, I am a writer and when I go to the keyboard too quickly, one of my feline companions, tries to share said keys with my fingers. He is in actuality, giving me paws.
This book has made me a more careful observer. I now also use my energy more efficiently. For example, I pounce to the keyboard when something just has to be related. Also, I'm learning the restorative value of the "cat nap."
Writing with Cats, is an entertaining and helpful book. By the way, the author is so convincing in his evidence, that if you are a writer, you should in my opinion, go right down to the shelter and adopt a cat. Also, if you are a cat lover, you should go to the closest computer store, purchase one with a good word processor, and have at it. After reading this book, you may be astonished by your own accomplishment.

This book is an inspiration to both novice and aspiring writers. It enlightens your "animal sense" in helping you to "see" writing in a whole new and exciting way. I could not believe how this book blends animal humor, with the sometimes dreary task of writing. A joy of a book.
