Writing a Novel for Dummies
Great book for the novice writer. Well worth the price. Very informative. Simple language that anyone can follow. If your serious about your writing, get this book. dpb

Beware! This is the British version!
It isn't clear from what's posted on this page, but this book is the UK version. Not that you can't use it, but all the references are British, and so are the colloquialisms. Kind of missing the point if you're trying to write an American novel...
