John K. DiTiberio was an Associate Professor of Education and Director of Graduate Programs in Counselor Education at Saint Louis University. He was a licensed psychologist with a private practice in Missouri and co-author of Personality and the Teaching of Composition and Introduction to Type in College.
George H. Jensen is a Professor of English at Southwest Missouri State University. This is a great book on writing. It takes personality into consideration. Since people are all individual, it makes sense that people's personalities enter into how they work and write. This uses the Myers-Briggs personality types to determine your personality type and how you work and write. The results are right on!
