Writing Soap Notes,
By A Customer
This review is from: Writing Soap Notes (Paperback)
Writing soap notes is exactly what I needed. It not only shows you how to write soap notes but also has exercises for you to complete. The correct answers are included in the back of the book. I would recommend this to any health care professional needing to learn or improve their soap note writing ability.

This is a very well written book that gives you detailed instructions on SOAP Notes. Most instructors gloss over SOAP Notes and they can mean the difference between a successful re-imbursement or legal case. My notes were good enough to win a $2000.00 case. Not bad for a massage therapist!

Good workbook for the budding physical therapist, but too narrow of a focus to be really helpful to the nurse or other healthcare providers. Examples and exercises include exclusively patients with musculoskeletal issues receiving physical therapy. I wish the front cover had been more explicit.

This book adequate for to learn SOAP notes. It does show you how to break it down. However, it doesn't quite explain how to write an addendum or other aspect. The book could have had a better layout and more examples. This books is a workbook so as always practice and you'll learn it.
