You are not a writer unless you write. This book offers a variety of exercises to get you going. The exercises are varied, straightforward, deceptively accessible, and fun. ("Deceptively accessible" because they are easy, not shallow.) When you don't want to write, they provide a painless way to get the literary gears moving!
