Twice As Much Fun As The First One!, January 25, 2000
By A Customer
This review is from: The Wrong Number 2 (Fear Street, No. 27) (Bk. 2) (Mass Market Paperback)
When I read the Wrong Number, I thought that was the best Fear Street thriller, but now when Wwrong Number 2 came out the fun just got started. Deena and Jade are Senior in High School. Since Chuck (Denna's hal-brother) goes off to college, Jade gets a little "bored" and starts to date this guy name Teddy who plays on the baske ball team. Chuck comes back, and that's not the only trouble starting. When Chuck is in the hospital (you'll never guess what!) Deena and Jade find out that Faberson is BACK! And what is much worse is that Faberson wants only one thing...and he is determined to get it! If like suspense, excitement, laughter, and terror then you need to check out the Worng Number 2. In bookstores near you!

Mr. Farberson is Back . . . For Revenge!, September 18, 2002
This review is from: The Wrong Number 2 (Fear Street, No. 27) (Bk. 2) (Mass Market Paperback)
It's been a year since Deena, Jade, and Chuck almost got murdered by Mr. Farberson. Now they're safe because Farberson is in jail. Or are they? Deena is sitting on the couch watching the news on T.V. when she hears that Farberson was just released from jail. Now she's desperated and doesn't know what to do. Then she discovers that someone wants them dead. Is it really Farberson? You'll have to read this book to find out.

Just as much suspense the second time around, November 29, 2011
This review is from: The Wrong Number 2 (Fear Street, No. 27) (Bk. 2) (Mass Market Paperback)
Deanna and Jade live to see another day from the original Wrong Number story. In this chilling sequel, it's a year later and the two girls receive a special phone call, promising revenge. Conveniently, the murderer they put away in the first book is now out of jail. Could it be him that's out for their blood? Like the first book, this horror/thriller/murder mystery keeps you on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next. Who is really after them? Though they lived through the first book, will they make it through this one? Fans of movies like Scream, and I Know What You Did Last Summer would probably find this book entertaining. It is geared towards the young adult crowd, but this series isn't afraid to take risks. People die, and there is a surprise death at the end of this book. Of course, you have to read to find out. Like Book 1, I recommend the sequel as well. In some ways it is better because you are familiar with the characters and even more attached since it's two books instead of just one.
