Nothing about Jeffrey Tashard’s death was what it seemed! Based on the author’s sixteen years as a litigator, "Wrongful Death" is a contemporary legal thriller about an attorney who finds himself trapped between doing what is right and doing what is allowed as he struggles to learn what really happened to Jeffrey Tashard. And as Attorney Scott Blakely was about to discover, this extraordinary case might require an extraordinary solution.

amazon really has to figure out a way of dealing with bogus reviews. there is no chance this high school level plot line could have received one five star rating let alone eleven. the wrting style is actually decent but the story is just a bunch of silliness. dont waste your money or your time.

1.0 out of 5 stars Forget it November 29, 2012

Not only is the story silly but the characters are wooden and the dialogue stiff and unreal. Mr. Price needs to read a bunch of good fiction in order to learn something about writing fiction. Potboilers like this one won't cut it, I gave up after an hour.

3.0 out of 5 stars Only Fair November 25, 2012

Not a bad story for one of this authors first books. I do like his attempt to give us a glimpse of how the legal system really works rather than the way it is shown on tv. Since this is a "legal" thriller, I would have liked to see more of this. Sometime the explanations of the legal issues felt too much like a lecture. Needed a better "guide" to help carry us through the story. Character development was relatively poor and I didn't really care about them. Although rare and unusual medical issues are more interesting, I felt the one here was a bit of a stretch.
