A must!,
By Gerardo Lopez Sastre (Madrid, Madrid Spain) - See all my reviews
This review is from: Wu Style Taichichuan (Paperback)
I have been practicing Wu style for a long time, and I continue perusing this book again and again. For a long time I tried to learn tai chi using books and videos and was discouraged by the esoteric languaje some of them use. In this book there is not mysticism, only clear explanations about the best way to perform a long series of movements, and about the inner details one must take into account in his/her practice.
