Wonderful tea, it really supresses the appetite! I love the packaging also. I would highly recommend as a weight loss tea as I have tried many out there that claim to be such and are not. This one has the garcinia that actually works to supress the appetite. It is great tasting also as I have tasted many that I could not stand.

I am moderately overweight. -But I must say that I have lost weight with this tea drinking it in the morning and early evening. It has not caused jitters, anxiety. It does suppress the appetite.

I ordered this tea because a reviewer stated there was 'garcinia' in this tea but I don't see it in the ingredient list.
I found that this tea does not taste as well as another brand of Oolong tea I use. However, I like that its already in tea bags and ready to use. Fast shipping also.
