I can peel potatoes now!

I now use this little guy as my paring knife most of the time, it's very handy since I do more small chopping than peeling.
Ann G.
It came razor sharp out of the package and feels great in my hand.

This is a great paring knife, peels garlic beautifully. Fits my hand well with nice balance and a comfortable handle. The blade cuts through everything as if it were butter.

Bought this for my wife as a present. She loves it. It's perfect for the times you don't really need the larger knives.

This is a great knife - sharp and well-balanced. I used to use either one of my chef's knife (Mac & Wusthoff) or the Wusthoff Santoko, but, frankly, they were too large to use comfortably to slice garlic and other small items. I have a ton of professional knives - Wusthoff, Henckels, Global, and Mac, and I reluctantly decided to add this one to the collection. It is now one of my favorites. THE favorite for smaller jobs.

I bought this knife for my wife as a Christmas present. She loves it! It came razor sharp out of the package and feels great in my hand. The quality seems very good. I like the fact that it is made in Germany; it has been my experience that products manufactured in Germany are equally good as those made in the USA. Anyway, my wife really likes it and is wanting to get a 5 or 6" knife from Wusthof next.

i bought this to compliment my henkels 10" chef's knife after using a ceramic kyocera knife for a while , totally unimpressed by the kyocera, not being able to sharpen it is a major drawback , this on the other hand i was able to use my wet stones to put an incredible edge on it in minutes and it can be resharpened very easily . we'll see if it stays as sharp as the shun my ex took with ...

This is my favorite knife. It's comfortable to hold and is the perfect size and blade to cut apples, strawberries, anything you'd use a small knife for. I use it so often that I bought another one from Amazon's warehouse deals and it arrived quickly in like new condition. What a great bargain!

Wusthof Classic is my knife of choice. I chose Wusthof Classic because of it's quality, sharpness tendency to to hold its sharp edge, comfort in use and price point. The santoku style also makes handling a breeze. This is a great little knife any chef would be happy to own.
