Got this set at a very good price on Amazon. These are wonderful, sharp, heavy knives. I used the carving knife the other day to cut some marbling out of a roast, and it was SO EASY. I normally cannot stand working with raw meat. Also, had no problems thinly slicing a flank steak, and, of course, the steak knives cut through a filet like butter! Also, I was pleasantly surprised with the quality of the case.
