Superb cutlery. I can't think of a task re: cheese that it can't take care of. Costly? Yes, but of the highest quality, razor sharp, very useful, and aesthetically pleasing to look at. Some things in life must go beyond mere utilitarianism, and this is one of them. You can get the same results for much less money, but they won't look like these tools.
