Nice Quality,

The knife is superlative - carves smoothly and as thinly as desired.
The only thing that is less than optimal is the carving fork. It's significantly smaller than the knife. In particular, while the tines are nicely configured the handle is quite small - and this leaves the user sometimes fighting for leverage or a decent grip (too short and too narrow). Otherwise it would be quite a nice set!
