Bought this to carve Thanksgiving and Christmas turkey.
Carved though the bird like it was butter. If you want a top quality carving set that will probably outlast you this is the one to buy. It was nice to buy something that is very high quality. Kind of rare these days.

This set is excellent but what would you expect from Wusthof. A little pricy but well worth it, if you appreciate fine cutlery.

What a great carving set! The knife sliced our rib roast like it was butter. Our son had told us about Wusthof and now we are convinced. Truly a welcome Christmas gift!
