This deli knife has a reverse serrated edge (downward pointing semicircles) and an offset handle to make slicing tall sandwhiches really easy. Same great quality and build as the other Grand Prix II knives! Very, very sharp!

I took a baking class and my teacher recommended an off-set bread knife to use to chop chocolate. I find that I use it more than my regular bread knife to cut bread. This is a wonderful knife and affordable.

I use this knife for everything. I love the size and the feel. It does everything. It's almost never put away since I use it all the time. Get one, give some as gifts.

So Sharp and off-set blade works so well, east to grip and control for me, an avid cook with a great reputation, if I so say so myself, but no professional chef

I own a variety of knives from the cheap Victornox paring to high end Japanese chefs. Wusthof is a solid kitchen knife brand. This is a great utility knife for doing all sorts of food prep. The offset handle is just what I was looking for as it is a real knuckle saver and speeds up my work.

Got this as a gift for my husband, who makes thick sandwiches with crusty French bread to pack in his lunch. This knife cuts through all the layers with ease, and is his new favorite knife in the block. The way the knife handle is offset makes cutting super easy.

Sharp, mostly use it for slicing loaves of bread and sandwiches. It's super sharp. First day it was in use my friend sliced straight through a thick loaf of bread right into his hand. So it'll cut. The raised handle is also good for cutting the loaf completely without having to roll the loaf or anything like that.
