I finally tracked this soundtrack down on ebay and I've been playing it non-stop for two weeks. My other favorite is A Prayer for the Dying, whose soundtrack was never released. And if Sakamoto's score to Wuthering Heights ever becomes available again on amazon, I'll buy another copy.

I bought this cd a few weeks ago and I love it. The music is hauntingly beautiful. I highly recommend this cd if you can find it. I promise you will not be dissapointed.

This is a superb soundtrack by Ryuchi Sakamoto. The score fits perfectly with the film and encompasses all the passion and haunting sadness of the story. The uillean pipes are what really 'makes' the music and Davey Spillane is superb. I really really wish this soundtrack would be released again as my copy was damaged and I can't replace it. Such a shame as the music is beautiful, just beautiful and I highly recommend this.

I looked this up several months back and I could have gotten it for under 10 bucks!!! Now I cant find it at a reasonable price!!!
