On the positive side, the book matches the description. The spelling and grammar changes are easy to understand. There is an introduction which goes into the details of these changes. There is a glossary which defines words used that you may not fully understand.

The caveat is that in order to get this Bible into even 700+ pages, the type is small. There are ten lines of text per vertical inch. This should not be a bother if you are examining a short passage or so. The book is not convenient for reading many pages at a single sitting. That is unless you have some fancy, quality optics to magnify the text without visually distorting it.

Good Bible overall. The binding leaves something to be desired, I expect the pages may start falling out at some point. Regarding content - I could have done without the author's added comments/interpretations/explanations of each Wycliffe text. I find it distracting and irritating. I like this Wycliffe's Bible, but I would have loved it if it were just Wycliffe's words written closer to the old English style, if it had better binding, and if it had omitted all the add-on and paraphrases -- such as substituting "the Sunday" in Revelation 1:10 in place of the actual text "the Lord's Day". I found this offensive because any one who can read at a third grade level would know that the word "Sunday" does not appear in the Bible, and that the Lord's Day refers to the seventh-day of week, the Sabbath, seeing as how that was the only day Jesus went to church on (Luke 4:16) and He is Lord, the Lord's Day -- the seventh day of the week -- Saturday on our calendar.

"And if any man shall take away from the words of the book of this prophecy, God shall take away his part out of the book of life, and out of the holy city, and [from] the things which are written in this book." Revelation 22:19

I advise anyone who's considering the purchase of any Wycliffe publishers Bible to borrow it from their local public library first. This way they don't spend the money on a text that is blasphemy and not a true Bible at all.

Article: "Father" and "Son" Ousted from Trinity in New Bible Translations [...]

You know a people have fallen when they violate God's commands in order to pander to Muslims who will never read the Bible in the first place.
It's the Christians holy book! To strip out "Son of God" and "God the Father" because it might offend a Muslim who happens upon that scripture is an obscenity. And it is blasphemy.

If you are a Christian or curious about the word of God, do not buy any Wycliffe Bible until you know that it is not a blasphemous tome that is therefore not a Bible at all. But a book corrupted by apostates and shameful PC pandering publishing houses.

This is not a case of Missiology. This is a case of destroying the spirit of the word, the commands of God, so as to placate a radical terrorist element that is feared to become offended by this particular religious document.

There is no salvation in following false teachings! Do not buy a book if you're looking for God's word. Buy a Bible that speaks of the Son of God, Jesus Christ. And God the Father who sent him to save the world from its sins.
