If you are looking for a book that takes the reader on an emotional journey, then Wild Wyoming Nights is the one for you. You will not be disappointed.
From the very first paragraph we feel the acute loss that Abigail Carter feels. I actually had tears welling in my eyes. After the death of her fire fighter husband, she moves to Wyoming to start a new life. When she meets Chase Wilder, a sexy rancher, she feels as though she is betraying her husbands memory. Chase has his own memories to deal with too. This book explores the emotional turmoil that develops when two people start to fall in love, when both had thought it impossible. Wonderful.

This is my first book by Sandy Sullivan and I am very happy to say it will not be my last. The plot and pacing were just about perfect, drawing me in and leaving me emotionally engaged with the characters. Abby's guilt about moving on without her husband broke my heart. How she dealt with her emerging feelings for Chase while coping with her memories showed how strong of a character she was. I had mixed feelings about Chase. His jealousy over Abby was very real and we soon found out why he didn't like to admit that jealousy. I liked how the secondary characters moved the plot forward without taking over the story. The hint of paranormal in the story enhanced the relationship developing between Abby and Chase while at the same time giving us a glimpse into their previous relationships. Rich in emotions and characters with self-doubts and very real problems combine to make this story one you don't want to miss. - Lisa Freeman
