Controller.Controller is a burgeoning band with roots in Toronto, Canada and represents another fine example of the perpetually fertile grounds of talent blooming from the Great White North. Measure for measure, you will find yourself enamored by this album if your tastes gravitate towards similar genre-busters like The Rapture, Yeah Yeah Yeahs, and The Stills. The grooves are solid, the rhythm punchy, and singer Nirmala Basnayake's vocal package is honest, passionate, authoritative, and endearing. With enough exposure, this band has the all the ingredients to become relevant and purposeful in today's world of modern rock.

Rock music you can shake your ass to! I would love to hear this in a club, instead of annoying thumping bass and tales of gangsta life
