thanks, for providing this. I use it together with the fermented cod liver oil and it is visibly healing my receding gums, after 2 month I see results. No ore bleeding either.

Despite eating a pretty healthy paleo diet, my last dental cleaning didn't go so well. I had a few areas of deep pocketing that the hygienist told me I would have to stay on top of. I have a water pik and it always felt too strong when I went across the gums of my lower front teeth, and I would get some bleeding from the water pik and from flossing. Now I have the water pik on the strongest setting with no sensitivity and my gums never bleed. I use this in conjunction with the Blue Ice fermented cod liver oil every day and will continue to do so. My next cleaning is in about a month and a half, and I'm pretty sure that there will be no more signs of pocketing!

Wow the taste is so good! I ate it all in a few days! I couldn't stop eating it!

The butter is taken from grass fed cows at special times of the year to ensure optimum vitamin K2 content. Vitamin K2 is likely something you're deficient in if you're not eating alot of grass-fed meat. The high vitamin butter oil is made by separating the water and solids from the pure butterfat by centrifuge, as opposed to heating, so that it is basically raw ghee. The end product is something that is very high in vitamins with a very dark golden color that you won't see in conventional butter. Dr. Weston A Price used this butter oil in combination with fermented cod liver oil to treat his patients.

The bad news is this all makes the product very expensive. The good news is you can get a very similar taste at home with grass fed butter. Just slow cook the butter, and it will separate from the water and milk solids and you can have something that tastes nearly identical to the HVBO! Kerrygold works great. (But it won't be raw like the butter oil).

After eating the entire thing of butter oil... a few days later I had a great burst of energy and profound feeling of well being. I had never felt so healthy and happy since I could remember! I hope I can recreate this experience with grass fed butter cause I can't afford to buy it every 3 days, haha!

The strawberry flavor is the only one I've tried so far. It doesn't taste like strawberries to me...but it doesn't taste bad either. My kids don't mind taking it at all. Only my 4 year needs to wash it down with something. So I gave it 5 starts! We will continue to buy this flavor and brand.

My family's been taking this liquid gold for the past year or so in conjunction with Green Pasture's fermented cod liver oil (FCLO). It is evidently a nutritional powerhouse. Recently I was forced to abstain from my high-vitamin butter oil because we ran out and there was a 2-3 day lapse before receiving a new bottle. Within about 6 hours after missing a twice-daily dose, I noticed a substantial difference in energy and mood, compared to when I restarted my regimen. I now make sure I always place a new order as soon as I open our last bottle.

About flavors: Some comments indicate that the plain flavor (or unflavored) is tasty. I do *not* agree. Tried it once, and yuuuck. I've since tried raspberry, and while it still requires me to plug my nose and wash it down with some milk, the raspberry is much better than the plain flavor.

How I take it: I take a small 2-oz condiment cup (bought in bulk) and fill halfway with fresh whole (raw) milk. Then, I spoon my dosage from the jar and into the cup with the milk. Next, plug my nose with one hand; swish it back with the other, and chase with a big glug of milk. Finally, chew a few macadamia nuts or pecans to add a new flavor before unplugging my nose.
